A Safe Space to Explore, Heal & Grow

Life can present us with challenges that feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate alone. Whether you’re experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, low mood, or facing a significant life transition, you don’t have to go through it by yourself.

My approach is grounded in compassion, empathy and respect, offering a safe and confidential space where you can feel heard, supported and valued as you explore your experiences at your own pace.

How I Can Support You

I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of life challenges

Relationship Difficulties

Support for those experiencing difficulties in making or sustaining relationships, or finding themselves repeatedly drawn into unhappy ones. Including couples therapy to help navigate challenges together.

Compassionate support for those struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, or overwhelming worry that impacts daily life and wellbeing.

Self-Esteem & Confidence

Working through feelings of low self-worth and lack of confidence to help you reconnect with your inner strength and value.

Specialised support for those struggling with feelings of low mood, anxiety or depression during pregnancy or after the birth of a baby. Understanding support for pregnancy-related concerns, including abortion and related emotional experiences.

Life Transitions & Loss

Support through significant life changes, bereavement, or loss. Whether navigating grief or other major transitions, I can help you process and adapt to change.

Sensitive, trauma-informed support for those who may be experiencing the effects of sexual or physical abuse.

Support for women facing the challenges of menopause, hormonal changes, and women’s health concerns. A confidential space to address mood changes, anxiety, identity shifts and the emotional complexities of this significant life transition.

Clinical Sexology

I work with individuals and couples in relation to sexual health, functioning, and wellbeing. This can include sexual dysfunction, intimacy and communication issues, body image & self-esteem related to sexuality & more.

If you have experienced abortion and would like support, I facilitate small, confidential support groups. These groups provide a safe, respectful space to share your feelings and challenges with others who understand. Please get in touch to find out more.

My Therapeutic Approach

I work in an integrative way, which simply means I use different approaches to support you in a way that feels right for you. At the heart of my work is a humanistic approach, warm, supportive and focused on helping you understand yourself and grow in your own way.

I bring in other tools when they might be helpful for you. This can include looking at your strengths and what’s already working, focusing on a specific goal if that feels right, supporting you in making choices that feel true to you, and using mindfulness to help you slow down and be kinder to yourself. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all way of working, I gently adapt our sessions to what you need and what feels most helpful to you as we go.
